Currently cars at highway speeds come off the Bay Bridge, exit onto Route 8 South and cross THREE lanes of traffic to turn left onto Thompson Creek Road at Target. Fender benders, near-misses, and delays are a daily occurrence.

Instead of a proposed brewery, how about using the property for a traffic management solution? A controlled off ramp with a speed calming area for example?
